HI-TECH MULTI CYLINDER HIGH SPEED SIZING MACHINES

Designed to Produce high quality sized beam at reduced cost to achieve highest weaving efficiency. Designed to suit the modern concept of shuttle less weaving by means of innovative and ingenious technology, automatic and ingenious technology, automatic and computerized controls, its sets new standards for perfect synchronization of sizing parameters. The system is designed to meet - specific customer requirements to achieve optimum sizing performance irrespective of the type of yarn such as Cotton. Synthetic and blended, spun yarn and filament yarn including zero-twist and textures yarn and yarns for weaving terry fabric.

 

HEAD STOCK

The head stock will be suitable for weavers beam up to 40”dia and above. The head stock shall comprise of one rubber coated delivery roll with two solid nip rolls to give firm isolating nip for yarn. The beam carriage shall be supported with multiple shaft traverses. Motorized Arbor, Motorized comb, Donning and doffing arrangement. Traverse roll mechanism avoids formation of ridges while winding and provides hard and uniform non porous wound beam without entacklement which improve efficiency while weaving.

 

MULTI CYLINDER DRYER

Each cylinder will have provide with a 11/4” Rotary steam joint connected with manifold by flexible pipe. The condensate removal provided with high capacity steam, traps of ¾” size. Syncro 2 section drying cylinders will be provide with slip clutch type tooth less sprockets and other cylinders shall be provided with toothed sprocket of 105 T duplex having ¾” pitch to have an accurate speed control of cylinders and to accommodate for shrinkage of sized yarn. Each cylinder is provided with two Vacuum breaker valves Steam manifold in divided into three group for proper steam distribution.

 

SIZE BOX

Size boxes having double squeezes, double immersion nip rolls cum squeezes. The size vat will be made from 304, 14 swg stainless steel sheet with glass wool jacketing to maintain the temperature. The size rock bottom size rolls. Tops squeeze rolls anti deflection type rolls and solid rolls with/ nitrile / Dayton /Red-rider synthetic rubber covers, Immersion cum squeezes rolls shall be covered with nitrile rubber. The squeeze roll shall be pneumatically controlled individual loading & lifting arrangement. Positive feed back attachment with safety clutch. Size circulation system. Size level control. Temp control.

 

CREEL

Rigid and heavy structural frame. Horizontal /Vertical/ Zig Zag type creel frame with beam brackets double roll type, telescopic type, pneumatic creel beam breaker for uniform tension control for individual / groups of warpers beam.
Magazine movable creel for specific customer requirements.
